Nepal Windoor Aluminium Windows – slim frames, serious engineering.

An aluminium system window is not just metal and glass. Every profile is engineered to control heat, every seal is designed to block noise, and every joint is tested against wind, water and time.

Drawn from virgin 6063-T6 alloy, our aluminium windows carry far larger spans than any other material allows, with interlocks from 19 mm and frames from 30 mm so the glass reads as one uninterrupted plane. Post-free 90° corner openings let a room turn a corner in glass alone.

Glazing cavities take double-glazed, laminated and security glass from 6 mm to 38 mm, giving acoustic insulation up to 52 dB — the difference between living with Kathmandu traffic and not hearing it. Multi-stage EPDM gasketing and integrated drainage are tested to BS EN 1027 for monsoon conditions, and the hardware is rated for over 40,000 opening cycles.

Choose from sliding, casement, tilt-and-turn, pivot and fixed configurations, finished in the full RAL powder-coating range, anodised or wood-effect — all colour-stable under Nepal’s high UV.

Frequently Asked Questions

Aluminium is the material of choice for modern architecture. Its benefits include:
  • Slim sightlines, so more of the opening is glass and daylight
  • High strength, allowing far larger spans and heavier leaves
  • Will not rot, warp, swell or attract termites
  • Powder-coated and anodised finishes that stay colour-stable under high UV
  • Excellent security, with multi-point locking as standard
  • Fully recyclable without any loss of quality

The hardware is rated for over 40,000 opening cycles, with durability engineered towards one million. The aluminium frame itself does not corrode or degrade, so with routine cleaning it will outlast most other components of the building.

Aluminium suits large spans, slim sightlines and contemporary façades; uPVC suits maximum thermal insulation at a lower cost. Nepal Windoor supplies both, and will recommend the right system for your opening sizes, orientation and budget.
